We stand behind every ERMN t-shirt we ship.

If something is wrong with your order — wrong size, damaged product, or a defect in the print or fabric — we will fix it. No long forms, no runaround. Just reach us directly and we will sort it.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.

What We Accept Returns For

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Significant print quality issue on arrival

What We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Sizing issues where the correct size was delivered as ordered — please check our size guide before ordering
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Products without original tags

How to Raise a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery through any of the following:

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we receive the product:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details or UPI ID when raising the return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we will exchange it subject to stock availability. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch the replacement once we receive the original product.

Shipping for Returns

For returns due to our error (wrong product, defect, damage) — we cover the return shipping cost. For size exchanges where the correct size was originally delivered — the customer bears the return shipping cost.

How long do I have to return a product?
7 days from the date of delivery.

Can I return if I ordered the wrong size?
We can exchange for the correct size if stock is available, but we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

How do I track my return refund?
We will update you via WhatsApp or email once the refund is processed. Prepaid refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at ermnpvtltd@gmail.com or on Instagram @ermn.in with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

Is COD eligible for refund?
Yes. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Share your details when raising the return request.
